Augustus Gloop

OKAY...I LIED.  I AM going to post again.  I just have to brag about Ben playing Augustus.  He did amazing!  His costume turned out OKAY...but the main thing is that he was really fun to watch.  and he sings nice and loud and on pitch...wow...I'm in awe...that is something I could never do.  Here are a few shots!

Getting Ready...

One more week.  Yup, hopefully we will be moving this coming weekend.  Which means lots and lots of work this week.  So, I will be taking a break from blogging to get my work done!!!
We are now waiting on toilets and water, and then the move is ON.  and bring it on...we are completely OUT of patience with where we're at!
What a long haul this has been.

Jack's Back

24- fans...show the love!  How long has it been since we've seen a season?  Like 2 years?  It's been a LONG wait I'd say.  The first half of the season premiere was great!  Hope to say the same tonight...

Is it Possible?

Well, the cabinet guy FINALLY made an appearance today.  Only a month later than he said, and only 9 months after the fire.  Hmmmm.  Anyhow...he started and that is what counts.  So maybe...hopefully...is it possible...?  We could get in in a couple weeks.  If everything goes according to plan...which sad to say, it usually does not.  But there is a light at the end of the tunnel now, and we will soon be back to this...

My New years resolution...

imgres.jpg

Is not to make any!!!!  I'm not a big fan of New Years...I sort of think along the lines of changing as you go...I don't like waiting for a certain day to do so....

But I DO admire those of you who DO make goals for that day and then do them!!!  amazing...and I WILL say that in some ways I'm really glad to kiss 2008 goodbye!!!

Anyhow, good luck to everyone-especially making it through the gloomy month of January...

Try this one...wow.  I made it yesterday, and it turned out amazing!!!  tips: use a large enough skillet...I'm using an electric one next time...add the ricotta or cottage cheese at the end...and use the 4 cheese blend as recommended...I used the garlic that you squeeze out of a tube...so that was easy.  And I TRY to keep a few bags of frozen cooked hamburger in the freezer...which made this VERY easy!!!  It was so delicious...it just might outdo my spinach variety!!
