Tupperware!

Well, I had my tupperware party and I learned two important lessons...
1. Tupperware actually has some very cool stuff...and
2. You learn who your true friends are. hehehe...no really.

Actually, I liked it so much I signed up!!! I really just want to get the discount for a few months really. Plus the kit has such great things in it for a low price...fun times!!!!
I got such cool free stuff!!! Thanks again to Lily who did an amazing job...

Family Fun

Monday we had the pleasure of Tracey and Reed and fam coming over for a visit on their way to Waterton. Then we had the grandparents, and Kevin and Heather over for an extra fun time!!!

We had all the Baker grandkids there other than two...Cody and Danielle...too bad.

The Half Blood Prince....

WAS GREAT!!! (movie spoilers)
My analysis is: it was extremely well done. The movies, of course, can never, and have never been as good as the books...but I have to say that for me, the part where Dumbledore was killed was a much more emotional moment in the movie...and I found many moving moments in this movie.

There was only one aspect of the book that I wish they hadn't left out of the movie...and that is when the students are fighting the death eaters at the end. When "Dumbledore's" Army (D.A.) really come in to play. They did not include that, and that was the only disappointment for me.

It was very funny. I laughed out loud quite a few times!!! Teenage romance...all good. The quidditch scenes were VERY good. Not enough Neville...Luna was great.

LOVE Snape, as usual...and felt terrible for Draco. Missed Lucious!!!

OH...and probably my favorite thing about the movie...I actually LOVED Dumbledore again!!!!  I haven't loved this new Dumbledore...not ever.  But they changed him somehow in this movie...he wasn't so hippy/grungy.  He was more...um, white.  and cuter somehow.  It made me happy.

I have no patience for people who think Harry Potter is evil. This movie had a scene in it that was almost a religious experience...I thought it was fantastic. There always has been good versus evil.

Anyhow, go see it...highly recommended!!!!

Day of Fishing

Burgers and Tupperware

WOW...we found a fun little place to eat in Kalispel.  I'm sure most people have already heard of it, but we hadn't and it was with some hesitation that we even went in there.  I am not a fast food burger fan.  

However, we thought we'd try it out since we had heard someone say they liked it.  well, WOW...the burge

rs were delicious!  It reminded us of "in and out" except for the fact that they were WAY tastier...the fries were great too!!!  It was a really fun place.

Oh and other fun news...I'm having a Tupperware par-tay!  Normally I'm not a big fan of home parties, but my sister in law Lily is AWESOME and I know the party will be lots of fun!!!  SO...if you live in the area, come on over!!!  It will be this month on thursday the 23rd.

Whitefish

We just got home from a fun time in Whitefish!  We did the usual things...swimming, shopping, Bigfork.  The play we saw at Bigfork this year was "Seussical".  We've seen it before in Cardston...it was GREAT...we loved the songs and the singing talent was incredible.  FUN!!!  

We took our niece Kathryn Takahaski...it was great fun having her along.  She is 12 and our kids had lots of fun with her!  

They also had a great time with their other cousins at the cabin...Maria and Ryan's kids...it was nice to be around them.  

We went "hiking" around the cabin.

Another funny thing we did was have a photo-shoot with statues...look down, you'll see what I mean.  That was in Bigfork before the play.
