T-tapp...
I started t-tapp YEARS ago...not long after Ayden was born...and loved it. In fact, I did it exclusively for years and years.
For the last 2 weeks I decided to pull out my old tapes and start over again! I haven't done it for a few years at all now. Lately, I wanted to prove to myself that I could do p90x. and I did it! However, I realized that it maybe wasn't helping my back.
My back has been sooooo frustrating.
However, I DO feel like I'm on the right track with a couple different things.
Many people use t-tapp to rehabilitate their backs! so...I suddenly clued in (duh) that I might want to try it for that too!!!
One thing about t-tapp is that it is a suprisingly intense workout...doesn't really seem that way, until you're doing it.
Anyhow, it is a truly a workout that I can recommend to anyone. It is great to do at home...good for joints and very good at shaping your body.
(it's called t-tapp because the woman's name is Teresa Tapp. there is no tap dancing involved!)
