Ayden and Tessa got tickets for Christmas...and the show was today. it was so fun!!! Totally worth seeing!

Christmas was fun this year. it just WAS.

we had church at 10:30, but we were long done our Christmas morn by then. i heard a few rumours that people were making their kids wait till AFTER church. i don't' really believe it- it seems a little mean to me. it takes a bit of the excitement out of it. and i only get all my kids at home for a few more years like this, so i want to do all i can to keep it fun!!!

anyhow, it WAS fun...and then the day was so nice and relaxing...games, movies, lots of food...all good.

this week has been good...there was one day where i laid in bed and read all afternoon. with NO GUILT! HEAVEN...loved that afternoon.

i'm afraid things are picking up again- with work, scheduling things, sunday lessons, appointments. that kind of thing. oh- and i found out today that i am expected to go to Moroni's quest this summer. Pretty exciting in a way, and a little stressful in other ways...more later.

my back was feeling pretty good, and hasn't been for a week or so. something is OUT- although i don't' know what, or how to fix it. i feel like i'm so close to solving a problem, but i just never quite get it. i am so tired of it.

this saturday we are taking Ayden and Tessa to "Beauty and the Beast" at the Jubilee in Calgary. should be lots of fun! Ben isn't going- but he got tickets to "Hedley" in Feb for Christmas.

friday the 23'rd we had a great turkey dinner in Barnwell at grandma Baker's. yum!! it was fun, and we had a nice relaxing afternoon.

afterward, we headed to Leth to see the new Sherlock movie. we all liked it! fun day.
